Ron Fountain is a co-founder and Partner of Capital Acceleration Partners. He is a thought leader in executive leadership, organizational effectiveness and results oriented, collaborative management.
Ron has been actively involved in financial and business management for more than 40 years. Since serving as CFO of two Fortune 500 companies, he has led and managed dozens of business combination and recapitalization transactions. He earned his Executive Doctor of Management degree and his MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and conducts academic and business workshops centered around leadership and organizational effectiveness. Currently, Ron serves on the boards of the MetroHealth Hospital System, Ironrock Capital and Dise & Company. Achievements
- Served as VP Finance and Treasurer of White Consolidated Industries, securing over $1.0 billion of financing
- As CFO of M.A. Hanna Company, designed and implemented financial recapitalization, enabling the company to purchase 30% of its shares
- Served as President and COO of Dix & Eaton, a Cleveland-based investor relations and public relations firm
- Principal of Cleveland-based turnaround and restructuring firm, led engagements and served as Trustee, interim COO and CRO to middle-market clients
- Frequent lecturer and program faculty director at Weatherhead School of Management
- Professor of Management at Walsh University
