Managing Partner
As a partner of Capital Acceleration Partners, Jeff Fallon brings a successful track record of operating experience and transaction execution to the team. Prior to joining Capital Acceleration Partners in 2008, Mr. Fallon was a co-founder of Little Mountain Industries – a private equity fund focused on the acquisition of lower middle-market companies. As a founding partner of Little Mountain Industries, Jeff led the successful acquisitions of Flame Control Coatings and The Dolphin Company. Mr. Fallon also served as President of Flame Control Coatings, providing operational and strategic guidance to the company.
Prior to his principal investing career, Jeff Fallon was Chief Operating Officer of Fairmount Minerals Ltd., a highly successful mining and manufacturing company with revenues in excess of $100 million. Mr. Fallon joined Fairmount Minerals in 1989 as its General Sales Manager, becoming Vice President and General Manager of the Industrial Sand Division in 1991 and Chief Operating Officer in 2002.
Mr. Fallon was a key member of the management team at Fairmount Minerals that drove average annual sales growth of 17% and EBITDA growth of 19%. Mr. Fallon's responsibilities included strategic planning, operations, sales, information systems, capital application and acquisitions. Mr. Fallon obtained his MBA from Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management.
